 General Manager

HRIS is working with the renowned healthcare service provider to fill their General Manager, HR position. This is the most senior position in HR and will report directly to the CEO of the organization.

The core responsibilities are to work strategically with the senior management on Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Budgeting, Employee Relations matters, Culture Development, Employee Retention, Succession Planning, Policy creation and Implementation, etc. This position will also play a pivotal role in achieving the Hospital’s set goals and targets at the broader level.

You should have an MBA (HR) /MPA or equivalent qualification with an overall 10 -15 years of relevant experience including 5 – 7 years in the capacity of a senior management role. Professional certification in HR (such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is a plus.

The package for this role is around Rs. 300K – 400K plus benefits.
