Salary: £49,000 – £59,000 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced senior professional to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and business transformation across our organization. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with senior leadership to shape the future of our business.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership:
Analyze business operations and financial performance to identify growth opportunities
Lead major business change initiatives and transformation projects
Provide strategic consultancy to senior management on business development and market expansion
Develop corporate growth strategies including process re-engineering and digital transformation
Business Development & Supply Chain:
Travel for business development activities, including meeting suppliers and identifying new vendors
Establish production units or outsourced manufacturing arrangements
Oversee material sourcing and supply chain activities
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers and manufacturers
Risk & Financial Planning:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across financial, operational, and compliance areas
Develop mitigation strategies and business continuity plans
Prepare feasibility studies, performance reports, and business improvement plans
Stakeholder Management:
Lead cross-departmental stakeholder engagement
Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops with internal and external partners
Monitor KPIs and recommend continuous improvements
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
UK-qualified professional (ACCA preferred)
Minimum 10 years’ experience in business management, consultancy, or organizational development
Proven track record of establishing and growing a business or scaling a company
Strong expertise in business process improvement, project management, and risk advisory
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Willingness to travel for business development and supplier relations
Preferred:
Based in or near Loughborough for convenient commuting
Experience in supply chain management and vendor relations
