We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Treasury Manager to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic finance professional to manage our treasury operations and optimize financial performance.
📍 Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity management
Manage banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms with financial institutions
Oversee daily cash management, forecasting, and working capital optimization
Monitor foreign exchange exposures and implement hedging strategies
Lead, mentor, and manage the treasury team to ensure efficient operations
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls
Prepare regular reports on cash positions, treasury activities, and financial risk analysis
Coordinate with finance, accounting, and business units on funding requirements
Requirements:
Experience:
6-7 years of proven experience in treasury management, cash management, or corporate finance
Track record of optimizing cash flow and managing financial risks
Experience in team leadership and financial operations management
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Required)
Master’s Degree/MBA Finance (Preferred)
Professional certifications (CTP, ACCA, CA, CFA) are a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Strong financial analysis and cash flow management capabilities
Excellent understanding of banking operations, treasury products, and financial instruments
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and treasury management software
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
