Job Summary: Position will be reporting to Technical Lead of Family Planning and will ensure compliance with National Family Planning standards, maintaining the organization’s quality and effectiveness of family planning services.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & People Management
- Provide technical and administrative support to the field team.
- Recruit and induct new hires promptly in collaboration with HR.
- Ensure field teams adhere to work schedules and performance plans.
- Conduct regular team meetings and field visits.
- Foster a productive and positive work environment.
- Develop and implement performance management tools for KPIs.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with the Population Welfare Department for FP Counsellors and commodities.
- Maintain effective referral systems with stakeholders.
- Engage community influencers to raise awareness about FP services.
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Implement a strong M&E system for daily activities and data accuracy.
- Ensure timely data entry and reporting through digital platforms.
- Adhere to PWD’s structure for FP client data recording via Electric Client Record (ECR).
Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with FP national patient safety standards.
- Conduct FP refresher training.
- Follow infection prevention guidelines at all FP sites.
Staff Development
- Conduct FP orientation and training for new and existing team members.
Reporting
- Provide data for annual budget planning and performance forecasting.
- Prepare periodic and monthly reports for management and donors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, nursing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Specification
Education: Preferably a Medical Doctor.
Experience: At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with renowned NGOs in Family Planning.
Competencies:
- Strong commitment to the organization’s mission, vision, values, and ethics.
- Leadership presence, able to build partnerships, trust, and respect.
- Technical expertise in family planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, presentation preparation, and data analysis.
- Effective management of field teams at multiple locations.
