HR Business Development Executive

HRIS is a recent startup in the field of HR consultancy primarily focusing on HR Outsourcing and HR Business Process Outsourcing with our own cloud-based HR software. We are looking to add a Business Development partner and the best candidate should have the following sets of skills:

1. Sales Savvy: You’re a natural at building relationships, closing deals, and exceeding set targets. Your persuasive communication skills and ability to articulate the value proposition of our HR solutions set you apart from the competition.
2. HR Expertise: While you don’t need to be an HR professional, a solid understanding of HR principles and practices will be invaluable in engaging with prospective clients and understanding their needs.
3. Strategic Thinker: You have a keen strategic mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth. Whether it’s penetrating new markets, nurturing existing client relationships, or exploring innovative partnership opportunities, you’re always thinking several steps ahead.
